The Graded Activity and Exercise online module is essential information for anyone with chronic pain involved in the Advance Online program. It explains how slowly increasing activity and exercise can help reduce your pain and restore your quality of life.

The Understanding Pain online module is useful for people with at least 3-4 of the following pain features. Understanding pain is the key to developing an effective treatment program

  • A number of different pain areas that can change for no reason

  • The pain responds to drugs used to treat depression/anxiety or things like Lyrica/Gabapentin

  • An inability to find a position/activity to ease my pain

  • Constant pain

  • Regular “flare ups” that occur for no reason

  • Very tender spots in many locations of the body

The Mindfulness online module is useful for most people with chronic pain as it helps improve coping with chronic pain as well as potentially improving mood, relaxation and even severity of your pain
